Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is still being developed.

At Zenica we appreciate our visitors need for privacy. Although we collect system identification data it is only used for very specific purposes related to the security of our systems, networks and services. This information will not be provided to marketing or reseach organizations.

Zenica will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to identify persons committing unlawful acts as defined by the Government of Canada. Such cooperation will only be provided on receipt of necessary legal instruments.

Certain pages within the Zenica Network collect additional personal information such as E-mail Addresses and Password. This information is required as a means of ensuring the identity of individuals submitting data for inclusion on our site, and to ensure that only the originator may alter such submittions. This information will not be forwarded to any other organization except to law enforcement authorities to the extent of their legal requirements.

All data collected will be maintained for as long as required to ensure the secure operation of these sites.

Zenica enforces its own policies, without oversight by any external organization. Any breach of these policies will be corrected by Zenica on receipt of evidence.

Zenica hosts third party web services and is not responsible for and does not vouch for the Privacy Policies of those sites.
